Manhee Lee peace advocate, Autonomous Volunteer only for country and the public.

"Like the sky, light, rain and the air, we should love each other and end the war, make the world peace"

As live through life's ordeal, he had uncommon thinking of 'volunteer.

"If the sky doesn't give us light and rain, we can not live, even the plants do, neither. so, like the steadfast love from sky (the God), we love together and co operate to go to the way live all together"

Peace advocate Man Hee Lee who made a remembrance speech during the event hosted for embassy of the Azerbaijani Republic .
"it's too heartbroken story. it's such as conflict between good and evil.
We, Korea, also had same sad history and sacrifice from the war...like you.
He's a veteran of the Korean War. and Man Hee Lee took part in a war several times as a Korean army.
"I have had and seen terrible, horroble and cruel things through the time under the rule of Japanese imperialism , and I have experienced the tragedy of fratricidal war, and there were innocent death about 100 youth"
He bemoaned and that made him to work more about volunteer for everyone's peace.


"Fighters for national independence who sacrificed their lives for independence of Korea sacrificed themselves not getting a slight salary, never wanting any prize".
Mr. Lee also emphasizes that the true volunteer work is an unconditional service for only a country and nation.

The unification of the Korean peninsula is the key to world peace.

"The tragedy has not finished yet. We didn't gain glorious restoration for the unification is not still done.
We should unite our country if we truly love people and a nation".
Mr. Lee made a declaration stone of native country's unification with this belief.

He set up it on an unification observatory in Gosung and Imjingak, the east and the west of Korea where northern land is seen.
"A declaration stone of native country's unification contains wishes that two representives of North and South Korea resume peace conversation for unification, not only people of north and south korea's meeting but also hope for freedom of religion, world peace".
He tried to find the way to the world peace through the unification of South and North korea.

Mr.Lee met a former prime minister of East Germany who led Germany to unification and talked with him during making a tour of Europe last May.
"The unification of Korea is important for accomplishing world peace and religion integration". Mr.Lee had a deep  conversation with him about the unification of Korea.

2014, The year of Korea people took an active part in the international arena , Mindanao, Philippines and Sochi winter Olympics !!

I had lots of thinking that it can be attracted public and let the people know my country, Korea through one person when I watched the Sochi Olympics Yuna Kim's stage.
Last month, great thing happened in Mindanao, Philippines.
And suddenly some articles about a peace agreement in Mindanao, Philippines crossed my mind.
A Korean peace advocate led the end of more than 40 years of religious conflict (Islam and Catholic) in Mindanao, Philippines. it isn't just saying , they really signed on the peace agreement. as you know there are still tons of disputes all over the world. especially the countries which are pretty poor...and probably they need more about peaceful movement not useless fight...
so this peace agreement will work a lot I guess and hope!
Philippines and the world is paying attention on this news.

During January and Febuary, Koreans were sparkling in the world definitely!

Anyway the reason of conflict in Mindanao was religion...
85% of Philippines people are Catholic and 5% of the people are Islam. among them, 5% Islamic live in Mindanao.
While U.S ruled Philippines, lots of Christians moved to Mindanao, the Islam native people expelled from Mindanao island...so it caused every terrible situation such casualties  until now in Mindanao.

Islam military rejected to attack Malaysia that is Islam Country when they were committed to a territorial  dispute between Philippines and Malaysia .So, they were executed by government of Philippines . That is why the conflict begins between them.
Although the government of Philippines have tried peace agreement many times ,they have had armed  dispute insisting on foundation of independence nation .
It was said that more people than 120,000 were sacrificed due to this conflict. Nevertheless President ,many peace activists and many people have tried to end the conflict ,it is said that they couldn't stop the conflict of Mindanao ,Philippines for 40years . Peace advocate ,Man Hee Lee was invited many times by an archbishop of Mindanao, Philippines. It is said that Man Hee Lee has done peace movement not by only his will ,but by appointed task from Heaven. Surprisingly ,he has accomplished a peace agreement for only a day between them.
What a amazing work!
It was really impressive to hear that peace advocate ,Man Hee Lee who was working by mission from Heaven played an important role in the matter that has fought for 40 years and accomplished a good work for a peace agreement .Peace activist ,Man Hee Lee concerned about real world peace even though it was a matter of foreign country.
He is a real peace activist. leader of PEACE!

Philippines's religious conflict lasted for 40years.. it touched my heart so I put this happy news here^^
I was curious about the Mindanao, so I searched that its size is about our country's big..  ...and originally lived Islam, Islamic native people there, but since the U.S ruled this area, Philippines Catholic (christian) people moved to Mindanao , so the native Islam people was outed from Mindanao...this is the first reason for their Catholic - Islamic conflict.. it started from the year 1968. independance struggles..

Once Philippines and Malaysia had territorial dispute, then Philippines' Islam military was put into the conflict but the Islam military couldn't attack because of the Malaysia is an Islamic country..and they were excuted because of they didn't attack the Malaysia , all of these stories caused conflict between them... Philippines government tried to make a peace agreement many times, but the Islamic people desperately opposed and they just had an armed struggle . through this terrible history, almost 120,000 people died , sacrificed... I feel really sorry about that, and maybe lots of people out there the feel the same... but we, young generation, don't know about the real horror... so when I heard the peace agreement in Mindanao, it was great news!! it is good enough news for a peace agreement , world peace , no war..!

 After reading the article, there was a person who is sent from the God to achieve the cessation between Catholic and Islam's repeated conflict in the island. Furthermore, I was surprised that he is a Korean.

I watched the main character's endeavor to occupy a certain area without a battle in the television drama 'Subaekhyang‘. And I thought that the best way to obtain the peace agreement from the two opposite sides without an armed conflict because there weren't any political scapegoats.

In the soap opera, it seemed to be so hard to occupy the section without the conflict and the one who had succeeded the difficult job went to the enemy at considerable risk to his own life. So, I think that the Peace Advocate who achieved the great peace agreement really wants the peace. Although Mindanao is very hazardous area he was willing to be there and became a substantive role in deriving the Peace Agreement.

Do you know the Mindanao Island in Philippines?
The Mindanao Island is located in southern of Philippines, a region which 5% of Muslim, called 'Moro', lives in and there are 85% of Catholic people live in Philippines.
There has been long history of religious conflict between Catholics and Muslims for 40 years until now from 1968, because of a struggle for independence of Muslims.
The conflict has killed 150,000 victims.
But in this conflict area, a spark of peace is begun finally.
On January 24, the representatives of Catholicism and Islam united to sign the peace agreement for ending the war and achieving World Peace.
Have you noticed that a Korean led the peace agreement?
On January 24, the peace advocate Manhee Lee and the peace mission visited the Mindanao Island in Philippines and had peace walk campaign with about 1,000 religious leaders beyond religion and teenagers.
The peace advocate Manhee Lee made the religious leaders sign the peace agreement after peace walk.
Although this agreement is made by non-governmental power, it affects the Philippines government to admit autonomy of Islam in Mindanao.
Moro Islamic Liberation front must be gradually a catalytic of agreement that means disarmament.
How can they sign peace negotiations?

Manhee Lee, peace leader said that he found main reason of the conflict, Mindanao Island religious conflict so he persuaded the religious leaders.
Ramos ex-president said that Manhee Lee accomplished what hi himself couldn’t do for peace of Mindanao.
After this agreement, Manhee Lee was invited to a government-run broadcasting station PTV and many the press and have told this news.
